Nearly all items except cases and systems can be shipped in an Australia Post 3kg Express bag for $9 and we find this to be the most cost effective form of shipping and only takes around 2 days to reach most destinations. Regular Post is $3 to $4 cheaper and is a good alternative for Perth metro customers but can take 2 or 3 days longer to reach Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane than Express Post. Express Platinum shipping is available if you need it there the next day (let us know).

If your item was shipped Express and has not shown up within a week from being despatched let us know and we will chase it up. In rare cases where things go missing altogether we will ship a replacement.

All larger items such as HTPC cases and HTPC systems are sent by insured Registered Post when 'Regular Shipping' is selected as we find this to be best way of shipping these items without incurring any damage on the way.
